Ahead of the world premiere of Project Hail Mary, Amazon MGM Studios hosted exclusive, one-night only screenings to celebrate the film’s release. Taking place in the vibrant city of Miami and at the iconic Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles, The Brand Agency was tasked with securing a curated group of influencers and tastemakers across entertainment, pop culture, literature, and sci-fi. In parallel, our team seamlessly managed sizeable guests lists—overseeing RSVPs and coordinating communications across numerous brand partners to bring each experience to life. Our team also managed photo agencies on-site like Getty and BFA to capture the night’s festivities.
The Brand Agency secured top mega creators to attend in each market, including Avani Gregg (16.3M IG Followers, 41M TT Followers), Merrick Hanna (3M IG Followers, 32.7M TT Followers), and Jezelle Catherine (715K IG Followers, 11.5M TT Followers) in LA, and Nichole Jacklyne (2.8M TT Followers), Xilenia Mena (915K TT followers), and Sonya Singh (735K IG Followers), in Miami.
