DRESS FOR SUCCESS

DATA-DRIVEN RESULTS

Dress for Success aimed to elevate its Women Who Inspire campaign into a high-visibility, national initiative that would amplify its mission of empowering women globally. The Brand Agency was brought on to develop and execute a 360º media strategy that would generate buzz ahead of the March 1 launch. The goal: curate an influential committee, secure high-profile media placements, and drive engagement through press, social media, and strategic partnerships.

The Brand Agency formed an Inspire Committee of powerful voices aligned with Dress for Success’ mission, including Shay Mitchell, Yara Shahidi, Whitney Port, and Sunny Hostin, and celebrity stylists like Allison Bornstein and Micaela Erlanger. A multi-channel rollout, beginning with an embargoed press release to national outlets, was paired with custom social content and coordinated posts from Committee members. The campaign secured product donations from brands like Eternal Water and BÉIS Luggage to support key events.

The results spoke volumes: the Women Who Inspire campaign generated over 1.37 billion total media impressions and 63.33 million social media impressions, with major press placements in Entertainment Tonight, OK! Magazine, E! News, and IMDb, alongside local coverage from CTV News and Arizona Family. The campaign’s reach translated to an estimated $34.45 million in media value and $1.58 million in social value. With sustained storytelling and celebrity amplification, the initiative reached audiences nationwide, solidifying Dress for Success’s place as a leader in female empowerment.
