The Challenge

In February 2017, we worked with adaptable lifestyle label Monrow, founded by Michelle Wenke and Megan George in 2007, for the opening of their brick-and-mortar store in Venice, California. The well-known brand is beloved for their knit styles with great fits, and have been seen on celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Hudson, and Reese Witherspoon. Monrow has been in over 300 boutiques and department stores over their 10 years in the market, but their Venice location marked the first physical store for the label. ​​

The Strategy

Our team handled all press for the opening of the Venice store. After the debut, we pitched out the story to regional and national short and long lead publications. Additionally, we handled press for sightings of celebrities in the brand. ​​

The Result

OVER 30 MILLION UNIQUE VIEWS

The Brand Agency secured well over 30 MILLION unique views by March 2017, successfully bringing brand awareness to Monrow and their new boutique launch. Outlets like The Hollywood Reporter and InTouch featured the event.​
