The Brand Agency’s leader of the pack was interviewed by industry trade PR News to offer her tips and tricks on all things branding in our modern world. “A brand should never rush to share an action plan,” says Priscila Martinez. “Haste presents a lot of risks, namely, providing a superficial fix that won’t really penetrate the organization’s deep-rooted problems.”
Priscila continues on to acknowledge summer 2020 and the vast amount of empty promises coming from companies. “The speed at which we exchange information has made consumers incredibly savvy. They are too smart for brands to try and ‘spin’ this. If a brand knowingly swept controversy under the rug for years, they own their consumers and stakeholders transparency and a pledge to do better in the future.”
