‘LIVE’ FROM SEPHORA
K-BEAUTY EVENT IN NYC
data-driven results
Sephora brought together top New York City beauty creators for an immersive, tech-forward K-beauty experience at Chelsea A Studios on October 8. Inspired by the theme “LIVE FROM SEPHORA,” the space was transformed into a bustling newsroom where guests explored the latest Korean beauty innovations through interactive installations, advanced audiovisual technology, and a Korean-inspired food and beverage program. The goal was to create a memorable, content-driven experience that celebrated K-beauty while generating excitement and organic social visibility for Sephora.
The Brand Agency developed and executed a comprehensive creator strategy for the event, overseeing influencer outreach, relationships, RSVPs, pre-event communications, onsite talent management, and post-event content tracking. The team helped bring together 137 attendees, including Amaya Elizabeth, Elysian Living, Aylin Mujic, and Noriella, connecting Sephora with influential voices across beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment.
Onsite, The Brand Agency managed creator check-in, guest arrivals, and talent relations, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the evening.
Highlights included a newsroom desk photo opportunity, a DJ set by Janette Ok, and a Skin Forecast activation featuring Max Abrams. Guests captured and shared content throughout the experience, extending the excitement surrounding “LIVE FROM SEPHORA” beyond the event itself.
Sephora’s “LIVE FROM SEPHORA” K-beauty experience generated 9.1 million social impressions across 218 posts, with an estimated media value of $981K through CreatorIQ and $8.45 million through Arisma.
Through strategic creator outreach and onsite talent management, The Brand Agency helped Sephora amplify the experience beyond the event, driving organic social engagement and visibility across beauty and lifestyle audiences.
